For every event, you will recieve an amount of Blue Wish Tickets as a prize. After you save up, you could trade them in for even better prizes.
You may also obtain 1 Blue Wish Ticket for every 10 Golden Maple Leaf. Ask a GM for exchange.

Blue Wish Tickets :

# of Wish Tickets = # of GM Scroll(s) of Your Choice Scrolled by a GM (Slots won't be reduced)
5 = 1 Dragon Stone
10 = Any chair of Your Choice
15 = Horntail Necklace
25 = Stormcaster Gloves (5 W.Att 5 Slots) or BrownWG (7 Slots)
30 = Facestompers (W.Att 2)
40 = Pink Gaia Cape (W.Att 3) or Purple Gaia Cape (M.Att 6)
50 = Strawberry Ice Cream (W.Att 5/M.Att 5)
75 = You will get the GM Roar Skill
150 = GM Hat
300 = GM Set
400 = GM Roar + All GM Equips

why don't you change it to 2 gm scrolls cause i think its 100 blue ticket for one gm scroll is not worth it

What are you talking about? Lol. It's 100 tickets for 100 GM scrolls and 1 item of your choice. o-x If I understood it correctly.. ;x

This is how it works.
When a GM Scrolls a weapon for you, he/she is able to scroll it unlimited times but a regular player is only allowed a limited number of slots to scroll.

For the 100 wish tickets, I or another GM will scroll any item of your choice 100 times.
And for everything up to 99, I will give you your GM scrolls for you to scroll yourself.
